... or at least until next week. Know why? Because I'm going to Disneyland! And I just sang that to myself. Too bad you weren't here to hear it. :)
I am so excited to go, I just can't even describe it. It will be so nice to get a break from everything. School, work, boys..... ahhhh. I'm so glad. It's been a while since I had a vacation and I need it.
This morning, as I was in the shower, the words to a song I'm singing in choir popped into my head. And it took very little to tweak them to fit my present circumstances. So, dear readers, enjoy the fruits of my labors. These are the kinds of poems I usually write. Look here for more evidence.
In the spring, we'll leave Salt Lake
And our journey we will take.
We'll go and bid all school goodbye,
And in an airplane we will fly.
So on the way to California
In the spring we'll take our journey
Far beyond the Gateway's fountains,
Fly above the Rocky Mountains!
Hooray!!!
